Tracktion has announced the release of a new update for its Waveform Free that includes a new look as well as new features such as 15 refreshed audio effects and six handy utility plugins, including the much-requested convert-to-mono tool and a spectrum analyzer.
Waveform Free is based on the essential features of Waveform Pro 12. There are no restrictions with the free DAW — no timeouts, watermarks, track count limits, export/render restrictions, thirrd party plugin restrictions, saving or project limitations, or copyright restrictions!
The 2022 iiteration of Waveform Free has an entirely new browser offering tags, favorites and smart lists, with the same look and feel of Pro 12. The dedicated Actions Panel allows users to favorite their most used actions and create custom actions that can be recalled with the click of a button.
