A 48-channel 1608 console with API’s proprietary P-Mix automation has been purchased and installed at the prestigious G Martell College of Music Technology and Audio in Mexico City.
The school has been teaching music-focused courses for over 130 years, and has recently expanded into music technology.
The college’s 1608 was purchased from Vari Internacional, API’s exclusive dealer in Mexico City. The console will be used to teach the art of tracking and mixing to students who are enrolled in the Audio Engineering and Production Program. The installation of this 1608 aligns with API’s dedication and support of music education through its products.
The response from G Martell College has been very positive.
“They are so happy with the console,” says Vari Internacional’s Gustavo Martinez. “It has been a complete success for them.”
