Pioneer DJ Introduces DM-40 Active Desktop Monitors

Create a versatile home set-up with the DM-40 active monitors from Pioneer DJ for DJing, producing and general playback.

The compact DM-40s are packed with loudspeaker technology from Pioneer’s pro-audio sub-brand TAD and its BULIT Series studio monitors, including a front-loaded bass reflex system to deliver a tight bass kick.

Additionally, the soft dome tweeters with DECO convex diffusers produce a 3D stereo sound and a wide sweet spot so DJs can enjoy a clear sound whether they’re sitting to produce, standing to DJ or listening to music from a smartphone.

With a choice of inputs – RCA and stereo mini jack – users can connect the loudspeakers to their own DJ or production kit, making the DM-40 a versatile system ready for any home set-up.

The DM-40 will be available from June 2016, with a retail price of $149.00 per pair.
