Elytone Electronics announced that it will be presenting and demonstrating the recently launched Networked Audio Processor 1 (NAP1) as well as the new Peak Amplification line of products at the 2023 NAMM Show at the Anaheim Convention Center in demo room 4853 in Hall D.
The NAP1, developed with Audio Devices and unveiled at the recent ISE show, incorporates onboard DSP processing and memory in a design for a variety of audio applications. It’s a Linux system running on Analog Devices ADSP-SC59x System on Chip (SoC) and incorporates an ARM A5 Cortex core, single or dual high-performance SHARC audio DSPs with high on-board DDR3 memory, SPI Flash Quad memory, and audio I/O connectivity for peripherals.
Further, it includes audio-specific components: sample rate converters, FIR filter accelerators, and a SHARC DSP processor with high on-chip memory. The NAP1 runs up to 8 X 8 channels of Dante Embedded Platform (DEP) audio. All of these capabilities are packaged in a module that measures just 40 x 55 x 6 mm (roughly half the size of a business card). The Elytone team will be demonstrating a Dante audio networked system using multiple NAP1s, and will also include other Elytone Dante and Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) products.
Peak Amplification, a new division of Elytone, providing amplification products focused on professional, consumer, and commercial audio applications. At 2023 NAMM, Elytone will unveil the new brand and present an overview of the new integrated line that consists of several amplifier series, each tailored to different performance, price and power ranges.
