Yamaha Commercial Audio Providing 7.1 System For Special Events Room At Upcoming AES

Yamaha will also hold 7.1 demonstrations of the system running on a 96k network throughout the show

Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems (YCAS) will provide a 7.1 system for use by the Audio Engineering Society at the Special Events Room (E12-13) during the upcoming AES Convention in New York City at the Javits Center.

The sound system will include a Yamaha PM5D digital console and the new Yamaha TXn amplifiers running on a 96k EtherSound network featuring Yamaha IF3115 speakers in tri-amp mode, IF21115/AS in bi-amp mode, and IS1215 and IS1218 loudspeakers.

When the Special Events Room is not being used for AES events, Lloyd Kinkade, Yamaha Commercial Audio speaker product manager, will hold 7.1 demonstrations of the Yamaha system running on a 96k network throughout the show.
