SynAudCon Sound Reinforcement For Technicians Training Coming To Newark Later This Month

SynAudCon is presenting a three-day Sound Reinforcement for Technicians (SRT) seminar in Newark, NJ on April 26-28. Registration is open, although just a few seats remain. (Find out more and register here.)

Instructor Pat Brown utilizes a highly effective multi-media presentation in teaching a wide range of essential concepts. Attendees will learn a methodology for connecting “anything to anything” based on specification sheets, actual measurements, or both.

Further, they will learn to use the decibel as a practical tool for understanding dynamic range, signal-to-noise ratio, and signal crest factor. Optimizing system gain structure is demystified.

Also presented is a sound system grounding methodology that is both safe and effective, along with an invaluable step-by-step approach that quickly brings a sound system to its fullest potential.

Audio practitioners leave the seminar with the assurance that an optimal level of performance can be reached without endless tweaking.

The in-person training will take place at the Kenilworth Inn, located 8 miles from Newark International Liberty Airport (EWR) and 30 minutes from New York City. The seminar is approved for 24 InfoComm RUs, 21 BICSI CECs, and 10 CEDIA CEUs. Go here for more information and to register.
