StageStrike, a start-up company based in Orlando, FL, has announced the availability of the new MiQb and packHolder tools for organizing handheld wireless microphone and bodypack transmitters in order to improve the workflows of live event professionals. Further, a keyClip accessory facilitates mating miQb and packHolder units so that users can have packs and handhelds in the same location.
The modular, stackable and interlockable products, which are patent pending, are sourced from industrial 3D printing technology that allows for fast product development cycles as well as user feedback generated updates. The new tools made their debut at the recent 2024 NAMM Show in Anaheim.
Company owner Castor Milano is an industry veteran who is primarily a front of house mix engineer, in addition to designing products such as the Da Vinci Series of in-ear monitors from Clear Tune Monitors. “I was blown away by the reaction and interest at NAMM,” Milano says. “We received orders from touring productions as well as major corporate rental houses.”
