TC Group has announced the expansion of the Applications, Engineering and Training (AET) team with the addition of Shawn Watts as Senior Technical Manager for Install and Tour.
Based in the U.S., Watts is an industry veteran with an impressive track record in technical sales, training, and business development success. His role will involve him in all facets of high level application, support, education and training of the TC Group brands: Lab.gruppen, Lake, and Tannoy.
“Project support and structured education and training programs are clear growth levers for our business,” explains Graham Hendry, Vice President of AET, TC Group International. “I’m confident that Shawn will be an invaluable asset to the team.”
Prior to joining TC Group, Watts worked as Director of International Sales and Global Education at QSC. His responsibilities included the development of the company’s training and education curriculum for classroom and web-based courses, as well as generating content and presentation deliverables for the global sales teams.
