K-array USA has announced Michael Green as the newest member of its technical support team where he brings experience with troubleshooting complex audio systems and providing technical guidance to customers to his new role.
Green holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music with a focus on Sound Recording Technology from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. As junior technical support administrator, he will assist customers and partners with their system questions and concerns.
“I am excited to join the K-array team and contribute to the exceptional support they provide to their customers,” Green says. “Audio technology has always been a passion of mine, and I look forward to helping our clients achieve the best possible audio experiences.”
