iZotope Donates Large Prize Package For METAlliance NYC Event

The "In Session with the Guys" even is Limited to 32 Attendees.

iZotope has announced the donation of a $897 Ozone/RX/Nectar plug-in bundle for a drawing at “In Session with The Guys,” February 19-20, 2011 in NYC at the historic Avatar Studios.

The valuable prize features advanced audio repair, mastering, and vocal processing software.

“I recently was on a mix deadline when I discovered I had a bad drum track with no level and lots of noise,” recalls METAlliance director Frank Filipetti.

“I immediately went to my iZotope plug and let their Denoiser do the heavy lifting. The noise was completely eliminated.”

The iZotope bundle includes Ozone 4 (seven mastering processors), Nectar (11 vocal production effects), and RX(tm) 2 (complete audio repair toolkit).

“It’s great to have iZotope as a Pro Partner,” remarked fellow director Phil Ramone. “They make some very smart recording tools that make the life of today’s engineer a lot more creative and productive.”

“The METAlliance directors are among some of the most-respected figures in the history of audio recording,” noted Mark Ethier, CEO of iZotope, Inc.

“We’re delighted to further promote audio technology and education through this partnership.”

“In Session with the Guys” space is limited to 32 attendees to ensure a very personal learning experience. All attendees are entered in a drawing for the free iZotope bundle.

Other valuable prizes include a Nuendo system ($2,789.98 value), Native Sonnox Essential ($900 value), and a Lexicon PCM Native/Reverb bundle ($1899 value).

More info and registration is available on the METAlliance Website.
