iZotope announced that its distribution relationship with M-Audio came to a close as of October 1, 2009, with iZotope now handling distribution responsibilities of its Ozone 4, iZotope RX, Spectron and Trash products.
iZotope is also transitioning to a digital serial number delivery system for its dealer and distributor network.
“M-Audio has played an important role in iZotope’s growth into an industry-standard and world-recognized brand. Since the number and breadth of our product offerings has grown, iZotope will now work directly with our dealer and distributor network to serve their needs and our end-customer needs,” explained Bruce Bartone, Director of Sales for iZotope. “Additionally, our shift to digital distribution will not only allow us to serve our customers better but also eliminate unnecessary packaging.”
iZotope will transition to distribute their products digitally only by delivering serial numbers directly to their dealer and distributor network.

eMedia Music will continue to handle iZotope’s worldwide consumer channel in order to distribute products such as iDrum and other upcoming releases. iZotope will handle responsibility for the direct distribution of its worldwide Music Industry (MI) and Pro Audio channels.
