HARMAN Professional Solutions announced that it has completed an agreement to acquire FLUX SOFTWARE ENGINEERING (FLUX::), which specializes in immersive audio production, audio processing plugin design, and audio analysis.
HARMAN Professional states that the acquisition broadens its offerings across multiple applications with immersive technology, in addition to establishing a foundation for future developments by bringing together the FLUX:: team with the hardware and software engineers of HARMAN Professional. The purchase will includes the FLUX:: immersive, processing, and analysis platforms across live production, installation sound, content creation, and post-production.

FLUX:: SPAT Revolution is an object-based and perceptual immersive mixing platform providing artists, sound designers, and sound engineers the tools to design, create, and mix real-time immersive experiences; FLUX:: Analyzer is a modular RTA-system providing a range of analyzer options for audio analysis and measurement applications; and FLUX:: Processing is a suite of plugins including channel strips, EQs, dynamics processing, and more.
