MAXHUB has announced the appointment of Charles Montoya to the newly created position of Director of Sales for UC Products, responsible for driving sales of MAXHUB UC products as well as obtaining video conferencing certifications from key industry organizations, managing the company’s e-commerce business for UC products, and helping to develop new MAXHUB UC products.
Based in Irvine, CA, most recently Montoya was employed by AVer USA of Fremont, CA, where he served as Vice President Sales and Marketing USB Camera. In this capacity, he grew and expanded the company’s relationship with its channel partners using H.323 and USB/HDMI conference room cameras. He then moved to USB cameras, as he built a partnership with Zoom Video Communications. Prior to his time at AVer, Montoya held positions with Zoom Video Communications, Lifesize Communications, and GBH Communications.
