If the performance is going out completely live then you can just mix it as you would a live show with an audience.
However, there is one important thing that will make it easier to produce a good mix – set up in a room that’s separate from the performance space. It can be far away or just acoustically isolated so you can properly hear the mix without being unduly influenced by the ambient sound being produced on stage.
You might also want to record the stereo mix during sound check or rehearsal and play it back on various devices to ensure the mix works for the intended audience.
