FDW-Worldwide, North American distributors of Violet-Design, Sontronics, Nevaton microphones and worldwide distributors of Cable Up and Vu cables and accessories, has just announced the appointment of Buzz Goodwin to the newly created position of President of FDW-Worldwide.

The announcement was made by Jonathan and Susan Lipp, owners of FDW-Worldwide.

In this position, Goodwin will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the business as well as managing worldwide sales and marketing strategies, artist relations and product development for all FDW-Worldwide brands.

Jonathan Lipp commented, “Goodwin’s appointment is the next step in solidifying the worldwide growth of FDW-Worldwide. Buzz’s strong sales and marketing skills, years of industry experience and team-oriented leadership style offers a strong foundation for the expansion of the FDW-Worldwide network of dealers and artists. Goodwin has over 20 years of industry experience with the last 11 years in increasingly significant executive managerial roles with Harman Professional. Prior to that, he was vice president at Audio-Technica.
