Beyma Appoints Matteo Cingolani As Electroacoustic Engineer

Matteo Cingolani has joined Beyma as an electroacoustic engineer.

Beyma has announced the appointment of Matteo Cingolani as an electroacoustic engineer, where he is working with the company’s R&D department on the development of new and refined loudspeaker drivers.

Cingolani earned a PhD in acoustics from the University of Bologna, where his research was primarily focused on the study of wave propagation in periodic structures and the application of acoustic metamaterials in loudspeakers and audio systems.

During his PhD path, he collaborated with the research and development department of an Italian Pro audio company, working on the optimization of transducers and a vented-port subwoofers.
