Adam Audio Announces The Release Of New ARTist Series Monitors

The ARTist series of monitors are designed to provide professional quality monitoring anywhere affordable quality monitoring was previously unavailable.

Audio professionals who work in recording, gaming and film/video post production have learned to manage their expectations about how good their desktop speakers can sound.

However, Adam Audio is striving to change all that with the introduction of the new ARTist Series speakers.

The new ARTist Series brings the Adam X-ART transducer technologies to those who need professional audio reproduction with absolute accuracy and full-range sound in its compact new Artist Series 3, 5 and 6 (Tower), Center and Sub loudspeakers.

In addition to the X-ART tweeter technology that distinguishes ADAM’s professional monitors, the ARTist Series includes a highly refined woofer, electronic crossover and amplifiers for each driver.

Featuring superior finishes in black and white, Artist Series have additional connection features like a 3.5 mm connector for MP3 players and smart phones.

A special USB connector for computers and servers allows the user to send digital 24/96 recordings directly to the ARTist speakers’ high quality DACs.

Also included is an XLR connector for recording equipment and RCA connectors for Home audio components.

The compact ARTist 3 and 5 models include a stereo link for direct connection between speakers so a single volume control operates both speakers, a practical solution for maintaining the balance between the two.

Pricing for ARTist is: ARTist 3: $1000 a pair; ARTist 5: $1500 a pair; ARTist 6: $2500 a pair; and the ARTist 6 center: $1000 each.
