Waves Audio has introduced the new Pumper plug-in, designed for achieving an instant ducking effect.
The latest addition to the OneKnob Series, the new Pumper simulates side-chain compression, saving users the need to route the kick track to the side-chain input of a compressor.
The plug-in can be used for making either an entire mix or individual tracks pump with the beat, a popular effect in modern dance music—for example, to make space for four-on-the-floor kicks.
The simplicity of the OneKnob Series enables users to stay focused on the music and simply dial up great-sounding effects.
