Renkus-Heinz Exhibiting At Upcoming Rocky Mountain Audio Video Expo (AVX) In Denver

Company will be highlighting a variety of products that include the ICLive X Series and Iconyx Compact Series of digitally steerable arrays, and more, at show on October 18 and 19.

Renkus-Heinz has announced that it will be exhibiting at the upcoming Rocky Mountain Audio Video Expo (AVX) on October 18 and 19 at the Crowne Plaza Dia Convention Center in Denver, CO, where at booth 202, the company will be highlighting a variety of products that include the ICLive X Series and Iconyx Compact Series of digitally steerable arrays, both incoporating new OmniBeam beam-steering software.

Members of the Renkus-Heinz team, including western regional sales manager Garrison Parkin and Chris Henley from Mountain AV Marketing, Renkus-Heinz’s representative for the Rocky Mountain region, will be on the show floor to answer questions.

“We enjoy regional shows such as AVX that allow us to spend valuable time with our customers from the area,” says Parkin. “We’re looking forward to showcasing our latest and best solutions for those who have not been able to experience them in person yet, and we can already tell it’s going to be a great show this year!”

The ICLive X Series has been designed from the ground up to be highly scalable; each mid-sized ICLX module can stand alone or be arrayed with up to 12 units. The complementary ICLX-118S subwoofer adds low-frequency energy and a range of rigging and cabling accessories are designed to help simplify integration and deployment.

The UBX Series will also be on hand, utilizing the same steering algorithms as the company’s flagship ICONYX columns — new Passive UniBeam Technology designed to provide consistent coverage with minimal distortions or side lobe artifacts. The hardware addresses each transducer with specially designed all-pass filter networks, gain shading and frequency filtering to generate a downward steered asymmetrical vertical lobe with constant directivity. The series offers three weather-resistant sizes — UBX4, UBX8 and UBX16 — all housed in an unobtrusive cabinet that can be surface-mounted plumb to walls.

The Iconyx Compact Series is designed for spaces where classic ICONYX arrays might be too large. With an narrow profile and directivity control, Iconyx Compact is well-suited to architecturally sensitive houses of worship, transportation hubs and educational facilities.

Rounding out the display will be a selection point-source P Series and C Series loudspeakers and S Series subwoofers.
