Massenburg DesignWorks (MDW) has announced the latest software update for its MDWDRC2-Native dynamic range controller plugin for AAX Native, VST3 and AU applications, as well as a set of tutorial videos and presets by George Massenburg and an updated user guide.
Five videos from Massenburg show how the MDWDRC2-Native plugin can be used to control and enhance the dynamics of vocals, piano and drums so they fit better into mixes. The videos are available on the MDW website, YouTube and social channels, and it marks the first time Massenburg has provided an initial set of presets as suggested starting points to accelerate user understanding of this dynamics tool.
An updated demo version is also available for customers who want to experience the plugin again, and the new user guide can be downloaded from the MDW website. Amd MDWDRC2-Native full license is available from the MDW web store for $399, including Pro Tools AAX Native, VST3 and AU plugin formats for a range of DAWs, including Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Cubase and Nuendo.
