JH Audio has announced the introduction of new Ambient Pro in-ear monitors, incorporating omnidirectional capsules by DPA Microphones, and when paired with a Lectrosonics DCHT digital stereo beltpack transmitter, audio is transmitted in stereo directly to the console and back to the artist for a more natural sonic signature.

Ambient Pro monitors utilize eight balanced armatures per side with a four-way crossover and is modeled around the new RDU Dual Supertweeter, which is designed to produce an extended treble response as well as wider stereo imagery and a more open top-end for high-range reproduction.

The onboard DPA capsule utilizes the company’s CORE technology, which is engineered to increase dynamic range of the mics while lowering the general distortion heard at all levels – from soft to loud. Stainless steel construction gives the mics added durability, able to tolerate higher temperatures while being more resilient against impact and resistant to abrasion. In addition, strain relief is integrated into the mic housing to strengthen the assembly.

New JH Audio Ambient Pro in-ear monitors are available now and are offered in black and clear custom fit options starting at $2,799.
