Jason Alt Named New President Of Delicate Productions

Delicate Productions has appointed Jason Alt as president, where he will be responsible for operations, sales, management, growth and strategic planning, and will oversee Delicate Productions’ Camarillo and San Francisco offices in addition to the company’s electronic sales division.

“We believe Jason’s experience will help ensure continued success for the company and uphold our tradition of outstanding service for our clients,” said Smoother Smyth, Delicate Productions CFO. “Since joining us four years ago, Jason has proven himself to be a skillful and effective leader.

“I am very proud of the team he has put together and the amazing work ethic that prevails in both the Camarillo and San Francisco locations.”

Alt has more than 20 years of experience in event production and touring. He joined Delicate Productions in 2008 as account executive, concert touring.

Previously he served as vice president of production services for Los Angeles-based Vox Entertainment, overseeing strategy, planning and logistics for the company’s large-scale projects and overall production operations.

He began his career in 1988 providing event support for local Los Angeles bands, and then went on to serve as system engineer for A1 Audio and Electrotec. Alt has worked as both monitor engineer and system engineer for a range of artists including Rob Zombie, Motley Crue, Jane’s Addiction, Rush, Barry Manilow, and Terence Trent D’Arby.

Delicate Productions recently won the 2012 Northwest Region Hometown Hero Sound Company of the Year award and has won the Tour Link Top Dog Regional Production Company – West Award for the last three years.
