d&b audiotechnik announced that it will be presenting a Soundscape experience as well as host a Milan open standards-based audio networking seminar using the d&b DS100 network driven and Dante-enabled DSP platform at the upcoming InfoComm 2023 show in Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center in demo room W230D. (The Milan seminar is slated to kick off at 11 am on Thursday, June 15.)
New to InfoComm 2023 is patent-pending HeadroomCalc, the latest update to ArrayCalc simulation software that’s designed to provide more comprehensive predictability of system performance. It helps enable customers to choose the right system and/or system amplifier, both of which influence the budget needed for a project, and also assists in complying with health and safety regulations at live events that specify the limits regarding onsite sound exposure levels. Pre-recorded alarm messages can be reproduced with a certain SPL to satisfy all venue and legal requirements.
Also at the show at booth #5561, d&b will spotlight SL-Series, A-Series, and custom loudspeakers as well as an assortment of scalable systems. The KSL-SUB will also be featured at the booth joined by the D40 four-channel class D power amplifier, a mobile version of the company’s 40D amplifier for installed applications designed to drive high-voltage d&b loudspeakers while providing management and protection capabilities.
