Caroline Polster has joined Full Compass Systems as human resources manager.
A graduate of Carroll University in Waukesha, WI, Polster brings a broad range of skills and experience in the human resources arena to the position.
She managed the HR functions at Federal Mogul Sintered Products of Waupun, WI and coordinated the addition of 120 new employees during her tenure there. She then moved to managing HR for Hayes Manufacturing, a large paper core manufacturing company in Neenah, WI.
Polster also headed up the Recruiting Department and a staff of 12 recruiters at Air Wisconsin Airlines of Appleton, WI, and served as HR manager for Wright Vending & Distributing, located in the Madison, WI area, for six years.
