Bosch Security Systems, Communications Systems Division, recently assigned Nicolas Betancur as its new field sales engineer, Communications – South.
Betancur, who has worked for Bosch since 2006, will be based in Houston, and his responsibilities will include system design and sales support for Bosch Public Address and Conferencing, Electro-Voice, and Telex Intercom and Radio Dispatch customers in the Houston, San Antonio, and the Southern Louisiana area.
“My goal is to provide a more focused effort in applied sales in this region,” says Betancur. “We have great relationships with many existing customers in the area, and want to build a more hands-on local presence. By being based here I can more immediately contribute towards a solid increase in market share within the region, whether in key projects requiring state-of-the-art solutions or in sustaining our growth in higher volume product sales.”
