Blaze Audio Expands Staffing For The Americas

Blaze Audio has announced three new hires for the company’s operations throughout North, Central, and South America, including Eric Huber as customer experience/marketing manager, Stephanie Abreu as customer service manager and Jon Taylor as technical sales manager.

Huber is tasked with managing the company’s strategic, detailed, and creative efforts to enhance customer satisfaction via the establishment and growth of a multi-channel Go-to-Market (GTM) to attract business in addition to helping ensure the alignment of all strategic product roadmaps and corresponding marketing initiatives. Based in Jersey City, NJ, he previously served as editor and senior product support specialist for TOA Electronics.

Taylor has been involved in professional audio for more than 30 years and leans more toward the technical aspects of sound reproduction. He spent a decade with PreSonus, serving as a technical support representative before becoming a commercial technical sales representative followed by the title of technical sales lead. Based in Marlton, NJ, he is charged with locating and signing up new dealers and providing presales configuration support and product training to dealers and sales representatives. He is based in Marlton, New Jersey.

Abreu brings more than eight years of customer service to her new role, including background that includes serving as the customer service team lead at TOA Electronics. Based in Hackensack, NJ, she’s billingual and is managing procedural development for all support requirements as well as investigating and solve customer issues and update processes as required.
