A range of tabletop options will be among numerous microphones presented by Audix at InfoComm 2023.

Audix has announced that it will be on hand at the upcoming InfoComm 2023 show in Orlando to highlight its range of microphones for integration applications that include tabletop, boundary, ceiling and wall-mount projects and more at booth 5249 at the Orange County Convention Center.

In addition, every hour on the hour (except for the opening and closing times of the InfoComm exhibit floor), Audix regional sales manager Lofty Whitaker will livestream a demonstration of numerous mics and more from company headquarters in Wilsonville, OR. The Audix team will also be on hand in the booth to provide hands-on demos and answer questions.

Ceiling models being highlighted include the M45 miniature shotgun mic, M3 pendant-style mic and the M70WD that can mount flush to ceilings and is aimable through a 45-degree arc via an internal cradle. It’s designed for use with Audix Dante | AES67 microphone systems such as the DN4.

Tabletop models are led by the MicroPod 6 that pairs a gooseneck of six inches with the M1250B miniature condenser mic and optionally the ATS10 tabletop base (with lit on/off switch) or DCLIP adaptor for standard mic stands. Thanks to interchangeable capsules, the M1250B can be optimized for a single speaker, broad area coverage, or distance. Additional options include the M65, originally designed for the New York State Assembly and the USB12 with plug-and-play USB connectivity.

In terms of boundary mics, a pair of M60s placed back-to-back in the middle of a meeting table can be deployed to capture multiple speakers, while the M63 is for a single speaker, equipped with an internal shock mount as well as a push-to-talk button. For wall-mount applications, the GS1 was originally created for U.S. embassies, specifically to let visitors speak with employees through a reinforced security window. And, the company will also highlight its audio networking options at InfoComm.
