ACT Entertainment has announced the acquisition of Ambersphere Solutions Ltd, a provider of professional lighting products and support in the UK in a move that the two entities state is a testament to their long-standing business relationship, especially in the distribution of MA Lighting and Ayrton products.

The transition sees the departure of Ambersphere’s Glyn O’Donoghue and Ken Sewell, with Lee House stepping up as managing director alongside Philip Norfolk, who continues in his role as sales director. The focus remains on preserving the company’s core values while leveraging ACT Entertainment’s resources and capabilities.
