Important Deadlines for Convention Attendees:
—Friday, August 19, 2016 – Rooming List deadline.
—72 Hours Prior to Arrival – Cancellation deadline. Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty charge of the room rate for one night plus taxes.
—Friday, September 2, 2016 – Last day to request housing based on availability.
—Tuesday, September 19, 2016 – Reservation changes/cancels can be made directly with the hotel(s).
