The 2010 InfoComm show is offering several networking activities during its run this week at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Opening Keynote
On Tuesday, June 8, Marthin De Beer, Senior Vice President of Cisco’s Emerging Technologies Business Group, will be delivering the first InfoComm keynote address at the Las Vegas Hilton.

De Beer’s address, Video Propels Next Generation Collaboration, will cover how leveraging video as the means to collaborate and share information on any device, any place, anywhere, anytime gives businesses competitive and cost-saving advantages. In his keynote presentation, De Beer will spell out Cisco’s video vision and strategy.

InfoComm Opening Reception
This reception, held the evening of June 8, is always a good kick-off celebration before the opening day of the show. Sponsored by Bosch Security Systems and West Penn Wire, the Opening Reception features live music, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails and provides a venue for meeting new colleagues and catching up with old friends.

NSCA’s ExpoJam

Immediately following the Opening Reception, NSCA’s ExpoJam, also sponsored by Bosch Security Systems and West Penn Wire, provides attendees with the ability to mingle and relax with industry peers while enjoying great live entertainment.

Rental & Staging Forum and Reception
Held on June 9, participants can experience state-of-the-meeting-industry presentations and best-practices panel discussions, along with an unveiling of Lighting & Sound America’s 2010 Staged Events Awards.
