Recording equipment distributor TransAudio Group has announced that it’s now representing Sound Anchors, which has designed and built loudspeaker stands for recording studios for almost 40 years, and more recently, has added DAW stands to its product line and is currently designing new products for Dolby ATMOS applications.

“Sound Anchors is focused exclusively on providing the very best stands and mounts available anywhere,” says Brad Lunde, founder and president of TransAudio Group. “They have an excellent reputation in the industry. Bernie Mara purchased the company from its founder, Bob Worzalla, three years ago. He has been making improvements in the production process, maintaining Bob’s build quality while making the overall operation more responsive to customer’s needs and increasing profitability for Sound Anchor dealers.”

“We’re thrilled to bring TransAudio Group on board, which will allow me to get out from behind the desk and onto the factory floor,” adds Mara. “We’ve made smart investments in our people, our equipment, and our facilities, and I’m excited to make the most of those investments. TransAudio Group will be a great partner. In addition to simplifying logistics on our end, they will expose our products to a much wider audience of audio professionals.”
