Quebec-based AV distributor SF Marketing (SFM) has announced the appointment of André Gagnon as director of technical and professional services, where he is leading the company’s Technical Application Group as well as developing and refining service and support functions.
A 19-year industry veteran, Gagnon brings sales, management and system design experience to the new role, with a network of relationships spanning across manufacturers, integrators, and end users. He is also an AVSO specialist, positioning him to improve ongoing offerings and related services for Federal Government agencies. Previous positions include serving as sales director for Solotech.
