QSC Named 2015 Top Workplace In Orange County, CA

OC Register ranks company at top of mid-sized manufacturers in the region

QSC has been named a 2015 Top Workplace by local daily newspaper The Orange County Register. The company, headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA, has earned this distinction in five of the last six years and ranks at the top of mid-sized manufacturers in the region.

Top workplaces were elected based on an anonymous employee survey corresponding of 22 statements regarding their workplace experiences and company leadership.

Using information and assessments provided directly by personnel from participating companies across Orange County, the employee survey firm Workplace Dynamics evaluated employee opinions and feedback and rendered results on overall organizational health, employee perceptions and employee-employer relations.

QSC manufactures at its 81,000-square-foot facility in Costa Mesa, and located within 51,000 square feet of office space on the same campus are the company’s corporate offices, engineering, sales, marketing, technical support, and service operations. Additionally, QSC maintains a local warehouse and distribution facility in Costa Mesa, with other facilities in Tennessee, Belgium, and China.
