Nashville-based Spectrum Sound has joined the Adamson sales and rental network with a significant investment in new E-Series and S-Series loudspeakers.
In addition to supplying production technologies for some of the biggest touring artists in the world, Spectrum Sound offers system integration services and sales to its client base. According to CEO and president Ken Porter, the purchase and new relationship with Adamson was spurred by widespread customer demand across the various sectors that Spectrum serves.
“We’ve seen the Adamson brand gaining a lot of traction in the international touring market first-hand and want to be ahead of the curve on meeting the growing demand,” comments Porter, who has spent nearly 40 years in the music industry. “This is a mutually-beneficial opportunity to grow our business with a brand that already has a stellar reputation and be a part of each other’s ongoing success.”
In addition, Spectrum Sound hosted Adamson’s Applied Certification and Sales training at its headquarters in August 2017, ensuring its staff is prepared to support their customers with optimally designed and operated systems.
Spectrum Sound will also keep a system at its headquarters to demo for its clients and collaborators. Porter also recognizes an opportunity to supplement large-scale touring systems for international artists already touring with Adamson products.
