Milab Microphones has named Independent Audio, based in Portland, ME and headed by president Fraser Jones, as the new exclusive U.S. distributor for its full line of microphone products and accessories.
“We’re very happy to provide access to the Milab Microphones product range through our established network of premier U.S. pro audio dealers,” Jones states. “It’s an added pleasure to have been distributing Pearl Microphones, Milab’s sister brand, for over 20 years, and now add the Milab brand as well.”
For its part, Milab notes that it’s been very impressed with Independent Audio’s handling of the Pearl product line, particularly with respect to customer service. Milab microphones have been crafted by hand in Sweden for more than 80 years. Every microphone is measured independently and shipped with its own individual frequency chart.
