d&b audiotechnik Americas has announced the appointment of Adam Kissel as customer service manager, where he is establishing and leading a customer service department for the company’s client base, defining and monitoring processes as well as guiding the service team.

Reporting to vice president of sales, North America, Eric Mayer, Kissel has worked in customer service leadership for than 10 years, most recently managing a team of customer service supervisors. He holds a BA in Music Education from the University of Georgia and an MA in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University.

“We are happy to have Adam join our team in this position with the goal of providing “best-in-class” sales fulfilment processes for all d&b customers purchasing d&b products,” says Mayer. “He is a great addition and asset to our team and will provide his expertise to move forward to a new level with our customer relations for dealers and partners.”
