Cathy Penyak Promoted To Vice President At Kramer Electronics USA

Kramer Electronics USA has promoted Cathy Penyak to the position of vice president of finance and human resources, where she will be responsible for accounting, A/R and A/P departments, as well as operations, inventory control and human resources.

Dave Bright, president of Kramer USA, states, “Cathy has wonderful leadership, management and communication skills, and does a great job of balancing multiple responsibilities…a must at a lean and mean operation like Kramer USA. Over the past five years, Cathy has served as my trusted confidant and voice of reason, especially while helping me navigate the company through the recent tough economic times, while continuing to attain double-digit annual growth.”

Bright adds, “Cathy attaining her new status as VP is a well-earned and well-deserved promotion. I am delighted to have her in my corner for the exciting years ahead.”

Penyak joined Kramer USA in August 2007 as controller, with an extensive background (20-plus years) in finance and accounting. She holds a BS in accounting from Allentown College, as well as an MBA degree from DeSales University. She currently resides in Easton, PA, with her husband Jim, and three sons David, Kevin and Brian.
