Bosch Communications Division Announces Sales & Marketing Personnel Additions

Brian Divine named senior product marketing manager, communications; Sean Shallenberger is new director of sales, communications - South; and John Anderson serving as product marketing manager, intercom

Bosch Security Systems, Inc., Communications Systems Division has just announced three key additions to its sales and marketing teams.

Sean Shallenberger has been named Director of Sales, Communications – South, where he will be responsible for sales and distribution of Bosch (Public Address and Conferencing), Electro-Voice, RTS and Telex pro audio products in the southern U.S.

Based in Arlington, Texas, he will manage the independent sales reps, regional account managers and inside sales reps for the region.Shallenberger brings substantial industry experience to his new position, with a proven track record in musical instrument retail, pro audio distribution and as an independent sales rep.

At regional distributors Professional Audio Supply, he oversaw considerable expansion during his tenure as general manager, including the opening of MI and lighting divisions that contributed to sales growth from $7M to $16M. From there he joined Dallas-area manufacturer’s representatives Marketing Concepts.

Brian Divine has assumed the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager, Communications. Most recently he worked with the Crown Audio Division of Harman Professional, where he served as Marketing Director for Installed Sound and Touring.

In his new position, Divine will develop and implement marketing strategies for Bosch’s ProSound brands in the Americas region, including Electro-Voice, and will act as the focal point for the voice of the customer in this market segment.

John F. Anderson has assumed the role of Product Marketing Manager, Intercom, where he will support the Americas region in his new role, applying his industry experience and strong marketing background to develop and implement marketing strategies for RTS and Telex intercom products.

Acting as the focal point for the voice of the customer in this segment, Anderson will report to Divine.
