AVI-SPL has appointed Michael Dunn as general manager of its San Francisco regional office, overseeing both sales and technical operations.
Dunn brings more than 10 years of experience in executive management, operations and sales with emerging technology companies in the Silicon Valley and the Bay Area.
Most recently, he served as vice president of business development for SAI Technologies. He also served as vice president and general manager for Media Vision Integration., an AV systems integration company, where he worked with such clients as Apple, Lucas Film and Intuit.
In addition to a proven track record in sales, Dunn has managed and implemented numerous financial and operational strategies to increase market share with past employers.
“I believe Michael is well-suited to respond to the challenges of the northern California market,” said John Miles, AVI-SPL’s district vice president, systems integration, west coast. “He has the core skills and experience necessary to expand the visibility and market share for AVI-SPL in San Francisco and beyond.
