Adamson Adds Big House Sound As Sales Partner

Austin, Texas-based live event and installation company boosts investment in the brand as sales partner for the Canadian loudspeaker company.

A longtime member of the Adamson network, Austin, Texas’s Big House Sound has doubled-down on its investment in the brand by officially becoming a sales partner for the Canadian loudspeaker company.

“Our relationship with Adamson goes back to 1991, when we started our company with Adamson’s MH Series. I think we’ve had every piece of product they’ve released since in our inventory at some point, so it was an easy decision to continue that relationship,” comments Big House Sound co-founder Roy Kircher. “The brand is really gaining traction and we see a lot of potential there for our sales and installations department, so joining the Sales Network is really going to kick us into high gear.”

Kircher and business partner Rod Nielsen founded Big House Sound in 1991 and have since built a reputation for both live event and installation services in the “live music capital of the world.” Now, Big House will be offering Adamson products – including the new install-focused IS-Series – to its integration clients for a wide range of applications.

“First and foremost, Adamson just sounds great,” continues Kircher about the company’s decision. “You hear things with these products that you just don’t hear with other boxes, and they’ve got the best sub driver I’ve ever heard. It’s clear the components they’ve developed are innovative and truly ahead of the game.”

But Kircher adds that it’s about more than just product performance when it comes to choosing business partners at Big House, and as far as he and his colleagues are concerned, it’s the service and training that they and their clients have received from Adamson that solidified the decision.

“It goes a long way being able to pick up the phone and talk to anyone at the factory, whether that’s one of their engineers or even the CEO,” Kircher confirms. “We haven’t seen that level of service with too many other manufacturers over the 25-plus years we’ve been in business.”

“We’re proud to have bolstered our Sales Network with the recent addition of some great partners, and Big House Sound certainly continues that trend,” comments James Oliver, Adamson’s director of Sales and Marketing. “We’ve enjoyed plenty of success together on the touring side over the past 25 years and look forward to sharing even more across all facets of Big House’s business going forward.”
