Klaw, a new high-end restaurant established by entrepreneur Sasha Krilov and restaurateur
Misha Zelman in the historic Miami Women’s Club in Edgewater, FL, is outfitted with a sound reinforcement system implemented by Anthem SSL Productions (based in Mount Vernon, NY) that incorporates 1 SOUND loudspeakers and subwoofers.
Designed by London-based Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the new space stays true to its Spanish Renaissance roots with a large dining room decorated with deep colors and dark woods, ceilings stretching more than 20 feet tall, expansive colonial-arched windows, a private dining room, a theater kitchen, and the neighborhood’s only rooftop bar overlooking Biscayne Bay.
The dining room receives reinforcement from Cannon C6 coaxial loudspeakers that are wall-mounted with Cannon C-Clamps, joined by distributed SUB12 and SUB310 subwoofers. Meanwhile, the rooftop bar is handed with addition Cannon C6 coaxials along with concealed WSUB45 subwoofers. Due to a last-minute change, some of the loudspeakers were supplied to the installer in white rather than black by 1 SOUND without delay or additional cost.
