Yamaha StageMix App Version 4.0 Now Available

For Yamaha CL Series, M7CL, and LS9 digital consoles

Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems has announced the availability of StageMix version 4.0 for Yamaha CL Series, M7CL, and LS9 digital consoles.

Updates available include new Dynamics Parameter Editing, Output Port Delay Editing, Output Port Levels (Gain/Attenuation), PEQ Copy and Paste, Phantom Power Switching, Mix Send Pre/Post Switching, HPF Slope Parameter (CL V1.5 only), Retina Display Support, and other enhancements.

“StageMix Version 4 raises the bar for digital mixer iPad control,” states Kevin Kimmel, systems application engineer, Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems. “We’ve continuously set the standard since we released the first version in 2010.”

The StageMix app enables mixing engineers to freely adjust console parameters and sound levels by wireless control rather than at the mix position. The app also provides features like Mute Group Masters; Channel Naming; Channel Pan; Send Levels in Meter Bridge; Tap Tempo; Selectable Input and Output Meter Positions; and DCA Faders (CL and M7CL only).

Yamaha StageMix version 4 is available from the Apple iTunes Store as a free upgrade.
