Xilica Appoints Techni+Contact As Its New Distributor In Canada

Addition of Xilica’s modular DSP products intended to strengthen the distributor’s value proposition as a supplier of conferencing systems.

Xilica has appointed Techni+Contact Canada — headquartered in Montreal with multiple offices thoughout the country — as its sole distribution partner for the Canadian market that it has served for more than 40 years.

Xilica joins a range of Techni+Contact-represented brands that includes AMX, Ecler, Utelogy, Spinetix and WolfVision, with the addition of Xilica’s modular DSP products intended to strengthen the distributor’s value proposition as a supplier of conferencing systems for business verticals. Techni-Contact works with a network of Canadian AV dealers, resellers, systems integrators, AV project consultants, and installers in corporate, education, government projects. The company also expects to see growing interest from live event venues seeking large-format systems as well as hospitality businesses seeking installed systems for restaurants and bars.
