At Prolight + Sound 2022 in Frankfurt, Germany, Voice-Acoustic has announced that it is introducing the new Ikarray-6 line array and the Alea-5 loudspeaker as well as upgrades to the HDSP-A amplifier series platform.
Ikarray-6 is a symmetrical, compact two-way line array loudspeaker equipped with two 6.5-inch neodymium drivers and a slightly pre-curved vertical array of eight 1-inch dome tweeters with 100-degree horizontal dispersion. Also onboard is newly developed 1-point rigging hardware, while components are protected by a rounded front grille.
Alea-5 is a two-way coaxial loudspeaker with a 5-inch woofer and a 1-inch driver that’s designed to provide wide, smooth sound distribution with 100-degree radial coverage. Meanwhile, HDSP-A amplifiers are now equipped with a digital input (AES/EBU) and an integrated network switch. In addition, they have also been upgraded to offer Dante networking capability.
All three new developments will be on display at hall 11.0, stand A01 at Prolight + Sound 2022 in Frankfurt.
