TW Audio Showcasing ELLA & VERA20 At 2020 NAMM Show

Hear ELLA in a unique listening experience during the Loudspeaker System Showcase.

TW Audio will present both ELLA and VERA20 in Booth 17501 (ACC North Level 2) as well as provide a unique ELLA listening experience in the Loudspeaker System Showcase (arena) during the NAMM show.

The ELLA line array is adaptable and intelligent – combining the slim form factor and directional power of a column with the flexibility of a line array, measuring just 7.9 x 7.9 inches and weighing in at 12 lbs. The compact system offers 120° horizontal x 10° vertical coverage, six possible splay angles and invisible integrated hardware.

ELLA features a specially engineered waveguide that utilizes five 1-inch dome tweeters to reproduce high frequencies up to 20 kHz, matched with a custom-designed high performance 6.5-inch driver.

The VERA20 line array loudspeaker is equipped with two 10-inch woofers for the low-mid frequencies and a newly developed waveguide with a 1.4-inch mid-high compression driver for the high end. Measuring just 60 cm wide, the loudspeaker’s unique rigging design enables vertical arrays of up to 24 elements.

The newly developed 1.4-inch compression driver and waveguide is designed to reproduce smooth and accurate midrange response for natural vocal and music reproduction. The low frequency crossover point at 1 kHz helps to create a precise and uniform coverage even in the sensitive transition range.

The VERA20 implements innovative rigging hardware, allowing straightforward setup by just one technician. A special feature is the logarithmic scaling of the intermediate angles, enabling angles smaller than one degree to achieve more accurate directivity over a longer distance.
