Lake Forest, IL-based TC Furlong is hosting a webinar on Wednesday, June 10 for an online look at the new Yamaha RIVAGE PM5 and PM3 digital mix systems, covering the control surfaces of both models as well as the new DSP-RX and DSP-RX-EX DSP engines along with Version 4 firmware that provides features to new and legacy RIVAGE systems.

Both new Yamaha RIVAGE consoles are equipped with large-capacity touch screens that enable engineers to multi-finger gestures, i.e., the “pitch” motion used on smartphones. The PM5 has three screens while the PM3 has one. As with their predecessors, the consoles each have 38 faders: three bays of 12 and two Master faders and laid out with an eye toward efficiency.

Yamaha systems application engineer Kevin Kimmel will lead the webinar, which starts on Wednesday, June 10 at 3 pm U.S. Central time. Go here to register.
