Sound Barrier Pro Audio Names Johnny Q USA As New Global Distributor

Agreement expected to help strengthen Sound Barrier brand around the world; two entities preparing touring systems and packages that will be available for small, medium, and large venues at a reduced rate, and more.

Caribbean Electronic Enterprises, the manufacturer of Sound Barrier brand products, has announced a new agreement with Johnny Q USA for worldwide distribution of the entire Sound Barrier line of products.

Spearheaded by John H. Quan, known in the production industry as “Johnny Q,” the agreement is expected to help strengthen the Sound Barrier brand throughout the globe. Quan has more 35 years of experience in professional audio, video, staging, trussing, lighting, and live sound production, and is also the owner of Johnny Q Sound Company in Trinidad, one of the largest full-service event production and rental companies in the Caribbean.

Sound Barrier and Johnny Q USA are preparing touring systems and packages that will be made available for small, medium, and large venues at a reduced rate to help in promoting the Sound Barrier brand. In addition, the two entities plan to launch a “Dare 2 Compare” campaign that will welcome all types of clientele to strategically-placed demo rooms around the world to listen and compare Sound Barrier products to other name brands.

Current and potential Sound Barrier customers can expect regularly available inventory, more dealers, increased market presence, live product demos, international showrooms, improved product support, increased social media presence, product videos, tutorials, new products, and aggressive prices.
