Signal To Noise Podcast, Episode 49: RF/Wireless Tech Ike Zimbel

Signal To Noise Podcast

Episode 49 features a conversation with Ike Zimbel, a wireless frequency coordinator and tech based in Toronto. A 35-plus year veteran of the audio industry, he’s worked extensively as a wireless system technician and coordinator, live sound engineer, recording studio technician, and audio supervisor for TV broadcasts, in addition to roles with manufacturing and production companies. Coordinating 200-plus channels of RF is Ike’s specialty for events like The NHL All-Star Game, and in this episode, the hosts dig into “all things RF” with him. The Signal To Noise podcast is sponsored by Audix.

Go here to enter for your chance to win!

Be sure to check out the Signal To Noise Facebook Group. It’s a space for listeners to create to generate conversations around the people and topics covered in the podcast — we want your questions and comments! Let’s build a great sound community with a place to learn, discuss and reminisce about the “good old days.”

The Signal To Noise podcast series on ProSoundWeb is hosted by Live Sound/PSW technical editor Michael Lawrence and pro audio veterans Kyle Chirnside/Chris Leonard.
