The SDVoE Alliance has announced Academy Stage, a free program at booth W423 at the upcoming InfoComm 2022 show at the Las Vegas Convention Center that will present in-depth education sessions for system integrators, designers, consultants, installers and manufacturers regarding its matrix switch performance, AV processing, AV-over-IP functionality and interoperability platform that’s supported by more 40 companies.
The educational sessions will be presented every half hour over the show’s three days, with more than 30 focusing on topics that will include case studies, AV-over-IP education and technology trends. Some of the specific topics to be addressed:
— Sustainable, Flexible, Available AV over IP with SDVoE presented by Justin Kennington, SDVoE Alliance
— AV Requirements for Esports Arenas presented by Eric Farkas, Black Box
— The Relevance of USB2 Extension in a USB3 World presented by Tavis Sparrow, Icron
— Found in Translation: SDVoE in European Parliament presented by Brent Tremblay, IDK AV
— Advanced Multiview Capabilities of SDVoE presented by Art Weeks, ZeeVee
— Network Architectures for Ultra-Scale AV over IP presented by Laurent Masia, NETGEAR
“The SDVoE Academy Stage at InfoComm 2022 will focus on trending topics in the industry, such as the convergence of AV and IT, and highlight emerging solutions, such as sustainability in AV, and the SDVoE ecosystem’s approach to ensuring product availability,” saysJustin Kennington, president of the SDVoE Alliance. “The sessions will highlight the current evolution and the future of AV-over-IP solutions focusing on IT. Our goal is to introduce SDVoE education to a broad new audience, who can continue their education and path towards SDVoE certification in the free online SDVoE Academy.”
