Schertler To Launch New Arthur Prime Console At 2018 NAMM Show

New models offered in fixed 5-, 9- and 13-channel configurations, utilizing technology from flagship ARTHUR (Format 48) mixer.

Schertler will launch its brand new Arthur Prime compact mixer series at the 2018 NAMM Show.

Specially designed for smaller-scale live performance and recording applications, Prime mixers will initially be available in fixed 5-, 9- and 13-channel configurations. Each compact, competitively-priced model uses technology from Schertler’s flagship ARTHUR (Format 48) mixer, including the same No Negative Feedback (NFB) structure for fast response and natural attack, the same hi-voltage (48V) power supply for headroom and the same preamps on input channels.

Added to this are two aux sends, a built-in digital reverb, stereo inputs (1/4-inch balanced inputs with pan) that can be used as either 2x mono or a single stereo in and other essential features for straightforward sound production.

Prime mixers are perfect for live performances where fewer input channels and aux sends are needed, or home/project studio recordings where space is limited. Easy to set up and transport, they are also ideal for other applications requiring an affordable mixer of the highest quality. The new mixers are expected to ship during Q2 2018.

NAMM Show visitors can also see other new products on the Schertler booth: ROY, the recently released 7-channel, 400-watt, top-of-the-range combo amp and TEDDY, the compact 200-watt professional stage monitor are both making their first appearance at a US trade show. They will appear alongside more established products such as the TIM and TOM portable PA systems and other Schertler next-generation acoustic amplifiers.
